Your Program
* I Understand I will be billed monthly by Direct Debit. (on the 1st of every month
* I Understand that my licence will be renewed every year at the cost of £20.50
* My fee for my sessions leading up to my first Direct Debit is billed at £6 Per session.
* I Agree to give a month's notice to cancel my membership
* A 10% discount will be given for Family discount for families of 3 or more
* I am aware that when I pay my membership it will be non-refundable.
* I am aware that once my Direct Debit is set up, I will not be able to claim a refund on any monthly payment
* I am aware that I will have to cancel my Direct Debit directly with my bank, AW Kickboxing does not take any responsibility with the cancellation of Direct Debits.
* I am aware that all information regarding the structure and the terms and conditions are available to view on the student zone area on the club website, the password to enter will be sent via text message when my details have been uploaded onto the club system.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
* This Guarantee offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debit
* If there any changes to the amount, date or interval of your Direct Debit GoCardless will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. if you request GoCardless to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
* If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by GoCardless or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GoCardless asks you to.
* You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. written confirmation may be required, please also notify us.
* Payments will be taken on the 1st of every month
Agreement
I understand that martial arts training involves physical contact from which minor injury can result. I understand my duties and responsibilities are to train in a safe manner for both myself and another member. I confirm that all details provided are correct and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of A.W. Kickboxing. I understand that my membership is based on a number of sessions per week and calculated over 50 weeks per year, it does not guarantee a specific date or time each week. A.W. Kickboxing memberships allow members to attend additional classes (within a 3-month Period) to make up any missed classes due to holidays, illness etc. I am aware that no refunds will be given for missed classes or for any classes cancelled or changed by A.W. Kickboxing. I understand that when I pay my joining fee. I will be issued with a licence book and be covered by the club's insurance for 12 months. An annual renewal fee is payable to cover memberships.
Memberships are at the owner's discretion and may be revoked at any time. This includes the right to cancel a membership due to non-payment or non-attendance. Any member who is not abiding by the rules and regulations of A.W. Kickboxing will have their membership terminated immediately. All fees paid are non-refundable.
Your Personal Information
As part of the A.W. Kickboxing community, we will use personal information club information, product offers etc to ensure we can offer you the best possible service. we will not disclose any personal information to 3rd parties.
Photography & Videography
A.W. Kickboxing actively promote their products and services in printed and electronic formats and regularly takes video footage and photography of members for various promotional purposes, All images & Videos are stored securely in accordance with the data protection Act. 1998. If you do not want YOUR image(s) to be used for this purpose. Please let use know!
